Residential real estate consultancy and brokerage firm Nancy Packes, Inc. rebrands as NPI

Manhattan, NY The NYC-based premier residential real estate consultancy and brokerage firm, Nancy Packes Inc., has rebranded as NPI. Helmed by Seth Rosner, most recently the firm’s managing partner and now president, the company has been intricately involved in hundreds of Tri-State new developments and conversions, spearheading the full project life cycle, from assessment/pre-dev. services and marketing to successful lease-up and sales completion.

“Nancy Packes was an innovator in the residential field - seeing opportunities and trends before others - and knowing how to transform them into sustainable values for our clients,” said her son and business partner, Rosner. “We are honored to be able to continue to expand the stellar reputation we have formed and bring new market-forward, efficient, creative and financially beneficial strategies into this dynamic housing industry.”

They’ve worked with the industry's leading developers, owners and investment firms, including: Alloy Development, Avery Hall, Apollo Global Management, Brodsky Organization, Douglaston Development, Forest City Ratner, Global Holdings, Lonicera Partners, RXR, Tankhouse, The Durst Organization, and Witkoff. Their extensive portfolio includes more than 100 high-rise buildings and 50,000 residential units across New York, New Jersey and Connecticut. Some of their projects include: The 212, Anagram Gowanus, New York by Gehry, VIA 57 West, One Boerum Place, The Brook, 3Eleven, Maison 78, House 55.

For over two decades, the firm has provided residential development advisory services spanning the full development cycle - beginning in pre-development with feasibility studies for developers, lenders and private equity firms and extending through unit mix and layout planning, project identity and marketing material creation, on-site office setup, model unit curation and sales/leasing operations. The company's research division provides clients with objective data and guidance at every stage of a project.

The shift to NPI reflects the company's evolution from a traditional consulting agency into a fully integrated tech-enabled, data-driven real estate advisory powerhouse. As the firm expands nationally, including into the South Florida market, the brand repositioning emphasizes the forward-thinking strategies, market forecasting, and personalized client advocacy that the firm is known for.
