Phillips and Bell of NAI Platform sell 17-unit complex for $825,000

Kevin Phillips and Ed Bell of NAI Platform represented the seller and Dan Formica of Realty USA represented the buyer of 25-31 Fifth St. The 17-unit apartment complex sold for $825,000, which equates to roughly $48,530 per unit. The buildings have been recently upgraded with wood floors, ceramic tile kitchens and baths. NAI Platform's professionals have been responsible for some of Upstate New York's most significant deals. NAI Platform specializes in office, industrial, land, retail, investment, nonprofit, and multifamily.
