Other transactions include: * The 3 year lease between Sandvine USA and The Windsor Companies. The 1,500 s/f is located at 7 Southside Dr. in Clifton Park. * The sale of 13 Century Hill Dr., Latham. The $850,000 sale of the 8,200 s/f building was between Dr. Jerry Chao and Tyler Trust. The sale was co-brokered by Coldwell Banker Prime. * The 5 year lease between 1839 Wood, LLC and Garden Bistro. The 2,500 s/f restaurant will be located in Central Square Plaza in Colonie. The lease was co-brokered by RE/MAX Premier. * The five year lease renewal between Sherwin Williams and Bettiol Enterprises. The 4,416 s/f store is located in Hannaford Plaza in Oneonta. * The 2 year lease renewal between Park Manor, LLC and Dollar Tree Stores. The 13,200 s/f space is in Giant Plaza in Endwell. * The 12,000 s/f lease renewal and expansion between Dollar Tree Stores and Horizons Management at Westgate Plaza in Albany. * The 3 year lease between Conservation Services Group and Dr. Gubay. The 1,500 s/f space is located at 550 Maple Ave. in Saratoga Springs. The lease was co-brokered by Colliers Meredith and Grew. * The 5 year lease between Plato's Closet and Crosstown Plaza, LLC. The 3,500 s/f store is to be located in Crosstown Plaza, Schenectady. * The 5 year lease between Easyhome, LTD. And Western Lights Station, Inc. The 4,420 s/f space is located at Western Lights Plaza in Syracuse.
