Ones To Watch: Innovators in CRE: Stephen Kaufman
Innovation Highlight:
The accomplishment I am most proud of is receiving the Mayoral Service Recognition Award for pro-bono consulting work through PennPAC. I served on teams that advised Hit the Books and Building Skills NY, two New York City nonprofits doing important work in education and workforce development. The recognition was a surprise. The real reward was learning how each organization operates and helping them work through the specific issues they faced.
Looking Ahead:
As we continue to witness advances in AI, I am excited to see how we will integrate it in our business which relies heavily on person to person relationships.
