GFP Real Estate signs two new leases totaling 21,000 s/f at 318 West 39th St.

Manhattan, NY GFP Real Estate, LLC said that two tenants have signed new leases totaling 21,000 s/f at 318 West 39th St. in the Garment District.

Sellery, Inc., an international e-commerce and digital media agency specializing, has signed a 13,500 s/f lease for the entire 10th floor of the building.

“The space was a great fit for Sellery,” said Matthew Mandell, senior managing director of GFP Real Estate. “They were able to take advantage of the existing showroom layout and convert those areas into studios for their live-streaming operations. The space worked well for what they needed, while the timing of the availability made it an especially attractive opportunity.”

Fine Art Velox, Inc., a commercial printing and graphics company, signed a seven-year lease for 7,500 s/f on the building’s fourth floor.

Mandell represented the landlord, GFP Real Estate, in the Sellery transaction, while Ben Levy of Adams & Co. represented the tenant.

Joe Friedman of LSL Real Estate represented Fine Art Velox in its lease.

318 West 39th St. was built in 1915 and designed by Crow, Lewis, & Wickenhafer on the former site of the Finck Brewery and was originally named the Finck Building. The 13-story building’s façade features classically inspired architectural detailing and a modernized lobby.

Situated in the Garment District, the building is near to area amenities, including the eateries of Hell’s Kitchen, and transportation links including A, C and E trains on Eighth Ave., the Port Authority Bus Terminal, and nearby Times Square-42nd St. station.
