Greystone's Rosenberg named to Commercial Observer's Annual "30 Under 30"

Greystone, one of the leading national providers of multifamily and healthcare mortgage loans, revealed that Donny Rosenberg has been named to Commercial Observer's "30 Under 30" for 2013. The second annual ranking recognizes New York's most promising commercial real estate professionals under the age of thirty. As managing director, Rosenberg co-leads Greystone's top multifamily mortgage origination team, having significantly increased lending volume for the company over the last five years. His role at Greystone spans a variety of specialties including property acquisition, asset management and raising private capital. "This recognition underscores Donny's commitment to the growth and development of Greystone," said Robert Barolak, co-chief operating officer at Greystone. "Donny uses his natural skill in sales and problem solving to not only identify and close deals, but to nurture and mentor his team. He is continually looking to his clients' needs in creative and compassionate ways, and we are extremely proud and honored to have Donny recognized as a young leader in commercial real estate." Greystone's experience with FHA, Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac, along with its non-agency and proprietary lending platforms including CMBS and bridge financing, allows the firm to provide clients with innovative solutions that fit their individual needs.
