HUNT names Maxian director of career development

Buffalo, NY According to HUNT Real Estate, Jennifer Maxian has been promoted to the position of director of career development. 

Maxian has been with HUNT since 2010, most recently as the manager of agent technology. Maxian holds a Master’s Degree in Business and Marketing Education from Buffalo State College.

In her role as director of career development, Maxian is responsible for developing and maintaining the training curriculum and methodology across all regions and core businesses of HUNT Real Estate. This includes coordinating the creation, production and delivery of all training materials. Maxian will also guide a team of regional trainers to ensure consistency across the organization.

Peter Hunt, chairman and CEO of HUNT Real Estate, said: “We at HUNT are honored to have someone with Jennifer’s experience and background in this role as we continue to grow and enhance our professional education and training programs, which we believe to be the best in the industry.”

In addition to managing the training of HUNT’s over 50 residential real estate sales offices and 1,500 salespeople in New York, Arizona and Massachusetts, Maxian is responsible for the development and delivery of consistent education and training programs by the company’s other core businesses - HUNT Mortgage, HUNT Commercial, HUNT Insurance, Network Title Agency of New York and Arizona, and Realty Express.
