Hunt Commercial Real Estate has brokered four leases totaling 103,253 s/f. The deals include the following: * Stephen Hunt of Hunt brokered a three-year, 3,610 s/f office lease at 4230 Ridge Lea Rd., Amherst to Bayside Asset Management. * David Doerr and Craig Klausen of Hunt brokered a four-year, 6,000 s/f office lease at 1000 Young St,, Tonawanda to Nucomm International U.S.. Inc. * Cammille Kantowski of Hunt brokered a three-year, 7,734 s/f industrial lease at 2540 Walden Ave., Cheektowaga, to National Parts Network, LLC. * Kantowski also brokered a three-month, 85,909 s/f industrial lease at 2345 Walden Ave., Cheektowaga to Jamestown Container.
