Highcap Group launches Retail Leasing Division; Gindi is managing director

Manhattan, NY According to Highcap Group, in an expansion of their services, is now offering Retail Leasing alongside their Investment Sales and Financing Divisions. Coming at a pivotal time in the retail marketplace where vacancies are at an all-time high, Ralph Gindi, industry veteran, will spearhead the new team as managing director. He will be responsible for all landlord and tenant representation assignments and will further grow and cultivate the leasing team at Highcap.  

Gindi, a member of ICSC, has extensive retail knowledge which developed from generations of family real estate history both on the investment and retail side. 

As a real estate entrepreneur and investor, he has established intricate relationships with national and local retailers, boutique shops, and several high end luxury tenants including Gucci, Kate Space and Karl Lagerfeld. He has also stayed ahead of the curve by creating pioneering opportunities for both landlords and online retailers requiring storefront presence.  

Gindi and the principals of Highcap Group, Josh Goldflam, Christen Portelli and Laurence Ross, having previously worked together on numerous transactions, will continue to provide unsurpassed personalized service for their clients.
