Hendey of HP/iCap completes $2.7m acquisition of 10,250 s/f bldg.

Houlihan-Parnes / iCap Realty Advisors have arranged for the $2.7 million acquisition of a two story 10,250 s/f building located at 426-438 Mamaroneck Ave. The property is occupied by two restaurants, four stores and six offices. Rich Hendey of Houlihan-Parnes negotiated the transaction, with Jim Coleman and Mike Schwartz also of Houlihan-Parnes arranging the financing.  The acquisition financing was placed with Signature Bank.  Both parties in the purchase were not disclosed. Houlihan-Parnes/iCap Realty Advisors, LLC is a nationally affiliated, multi-faceted real estate investment company headquartered in White Plains. Its companies and affiliates are engaged in the acquisition and ownership of all types of commercial real estate investment property in the continental U.S. Its various companies and affiliates specialize in commercial mortgage finance, investment sales, property management, leasing and mortgage servicing.
