Greenwich Premier Services leases 3,580 s/f to two tenants at Goshen Plaza

Goshen, NY According to Greenwich Premier Services, two new retail businesses have leased space at Goshen Plaza.

Club Pilates and Jersey Mike’s Subs executed leases to open stores at Goshen Plaza.The plaza is situated less than two miles from Legoland, off Rte. 17. Club Pilates and Jersey Mike’s Subs will join Starbucks, which opened in January 2024 in 2,473 s/f (with a drive-thru) as well as CVS, Access Physical Therapy, Anytime Fitness, Heritage Financial Credit Union, Garnet Health, Mathnasium, and Athletic Republic.

Club Pilates leased 1,952 s/f and Jersey Mike’s will occupy 1,628 s/f and both will open early this summer.

“We are excited to continue to bring new retail storefronts to the Goshen Plaza,” said Christian Bilella, senior vice president of leasing and property management for Greenwich Premier Services. “These two new additions not only reflect our dedication to providing distinct and exceptional offerings that our customers want, but also contribute to creating a vibrant destination that the entire region can enjoy on a regular basis.”
