The Kaufman Org., which specializes in leasing and managing premier office space in New York City, brokered two leases totaling 8,780 s/f at 212 West 35th St. (shown), and 242 West 36th St. in the Garment District.

Three Wildcats, a developer signed a five-year lease for 3,080 s/f of office space at 212 West 35th St. Howard Rosenblum of the Kaufman Org., represented the tenant, while Barbara Raskob and Steve Kaufman represented the building.
