Great American Brokerage handles 6,000 s/f lease

Smithtown, NY According to Paul Fetscher, president of Great American Brokerage, the firm completed a long term lease of a 6,000 s/f restaurant to Osteria Umbra. The chef/owner is Marco Pellegrini, accompanied by his wife, chef de cuisine Sabrina Vallorinian. The cusinine celebrates their hometown of Foligno, Umbria. Pellegrini previously make his mark on the Long Island culinary scene as chef at Caci on the North Fork.

This vision was completed with the design and contracting of Stephen and Diane Bragoli, and Daniel Bragoli, co-owners.

The new location is at 197 Terry Rd., 500 yards south of Rte. 347.

One attractive feature is the wood fired grill and rotisserie in the dining room. The new location has undergone a substantial redecoration as it replaced the previous Smithtown Buffet which followed Blacksmiths in the location.
