Grassi & Co. honored by NYS Society for Human Resource Management

Grassi & Co. was recognized as one of the best companies to work for by the NYS Society for Human Resource Management and Best Companies Group. Grassi has been recognized for its efforts to not only empower its employees, but also provide them with a work environment that develops and nurtures their professional careers. The firm is among the top 32 companies in its category of small/medium companies with 15 to 249 employees. In total, only 60 companies were identified for demonstrating that happy employees make for good business and drive the Empire state's economy. "Our entire firm is extremely pleased to have been recognized as one of the leaders in workplace satisfaction," said Patrick Murray, director of human resources of Grassi. "We continue to make a concerted effort to improve our corporate environment and are proud of the enjoyable and productive culture we have created at Grassi & Co." The seventh annual program is the result of a partnership between the New York State Society for Human Resource Management and Best Companies Group, an independent company that manages Best Places to Work programs on state, regional and national levels around the country. The 2014 program is sponsored by CDPHP and Jackson Lewis P.C.
