GPARENCY launches digital marketplace to find & finance off-market acquisitions

New York, NY GPARENCY, a national commercial mortgage brokerage, is debuting its Digital Marketplace, a proprietary software that provides free access to find off-market listings and finance property acquisitions. Created by a team led by GPARENCY co-founder & chief product officer Ben Schweitzer and chief technology officer & partner Abrar Qureshi, the technology offers free access to all levels of users, making it as understandable for first-time buyers as it is for seasoned investors.

“Whether a first-time dabbler or sophisticated multi-property purchaser, the GPARENCY Digital Marketplace is able to guide interested parties through thousands of off- and on-market listings and at no cost for looking,” said Schweitzer. “It is an indispensable tool for anyone interested in acquiring commercial property or simply curious about availabilities across the country.”

The GPARENCY Digital Marketplace currently offers information on more than 21,000 active listings of off- and on-market properties available for purchase. Moreover, it has been growing its active data by 1,000 new listings every week, with the goal of increasing listing data to more than 50,000 in the near future. The program additionally features an interactive map, useful market information, and such details as asking prices, property sizes, proximity to local populations, and more.

The one-stop-shop, user-friendly platform aggregates data directly from listing brokers across the nation with the search engine heft of Google Maps, saving multiple steps and eliminating the need to search dozens of different sites. Instead, the Digital Marketplace only requires going to the GPARENCY website and clicking the “sign-up” button on the top of the screen. In addition, there are no fees for logging in to review listings and commercial real estate brokers.

The Digital Marketplace also puts users in touch with GPARENCY’s team of commercial mortgage professionals who are able to identify appropriate lenders and guide interested parties through the acquisition process. The site currently features listings from over 650 individual brokerage firms.

Ira Zlotowitz, founder and CEO of GPARENCY, said, “We have created a truly equitable, transparent, and free listing platform that produces a streamlined experience. It’s a win-win for buyers, as well as commercial real estate listing brokers, who now have a way to get their listings marketed for free and directly to GPARENCY’s clients and network.”   Visit our website gparency.com

Tri-state capital migrates nationally amid regulation pressure - by Reese Weaver

New York tri-state multifamily investors are increasingly reallocating capital to less-regulated markets across the U.S. as rent control and legislative risk erode returns at home. The death of the generic offering memorandum: What buyers expect in 2025 - by Kimberly Zar Bloorian

There was a time when an offering memorandum (OM) was pretty bare bones, some photos, a few bullet points on income, and a rent roll thrown in at the back. That used to get the job done. Not anymore. In 2025, buyers are sharper, faster, and more selective. They’re looking
