Goldblum and Young appointed executives at Feil Organization

Manhattan, NY Jordan Goldblum and Kyle Young have joined the Feil Organization as director of retail leasing and director of commercial leasing, respectively.

Prior to joining Feil, Jordan was a senior leasing manager at RD Management LLC, one of the nation’s largest, privately held real estate development and management organizations, for three years. In that role, he was responsible for managing leasing, marketing, development, asset strategies, and financial performance for 35 properties. Before his tenure at RD Management, Goldblum was a leasing manager at Seritage Growth Properties.

Previously, Young served as a vice president of brokerage at Jones Lang Lasalle (JLL) for 12 years, focusing on transaction management and strategy for landlords and tenants. During his time there, Young was responsible for an office portfolio of more than 14.5 million s/f, which included notable properties like Brookfield Place, 100 Wall St., 80 Pine St., and 529 Fifth Ave.

They will amplify leasing efforts for the firm’s retail and commercial portfolios across the five boroughs, Long Island, and beyond.
