Global Holdings launches leasing at Anagram Columbus Circle

Manhattan, NY Global Holdings has started leasing at its newly-developed luxury rental property, Anagram Columbus Circle, a 26-story residential tower, located near Central Park.

“Anagram Columbus Circle builds on Global Holdings’ extensive track record of developing and managing luxury residences in prime New York City neighborhoods. We’ve taken all of the insights and experience from our condominium developments to create a bespoke rental offering that responds to an evolving market need,” said Eyal Ofer, chairman of Global Holdings Group.

Located at the corner of West 60th St. and Broadway, the 340-ft. tall tower was designed by New York architecture and design firm INC Architecture & Design as design architect and Interior Designer and SLCE as architect of record. Originally a mixed-use commercial property owned and managed by Global Holdings, the ideveloper made the decision to demolish the existing structure in favor of a ground-up building, allowing them complete control over the design.

“A luxury rental offering in this important location fills a critical void in the market and offers a more flexible living alternative in a neighborhood defined by Billionaire’s Row and Central Park,” said CEO, Jonathan Ofer, at Global Holdings Management Group. “New York City residents are changing how they keep a foothold in the city. Flexibility is high, if not first, on their list of priorities, and Anagram Columbus Circle provides a unique solution.”

Anagram Columbus Circle marks the second property within the Anagram brand. Global Holdings will expand its Anagram offerings and target select New York City neighborhoods to expand the brand.

To create a modern façade, INC drew inspiration from the property’s views of Columbus Circle and Central Park, the site’s triangulation, and Broadway’s defining diagonal geometry. A curve eases the force of Broadway as it meets Columbus Circle and West 60th St. and reorients the facade toward a  scaled entrance on the quieter side street (West 60th St).

“The big theme from the urban gesture to the interiors is 'bending Broadway'. The gentle bend became the leitmotif of everything from the interior architecture to the furnishings,” said Adam Rolston, founding partner and creative & managing director at INC. “We also brought meticulous attention to material, detail, and proportion, directly informed by the site’s historic and social context to evoke a softly modern and quietly iconic form for the New York City skyline through our forensic aesthetic approach.”

Global Holdings has been at the forefront of some of the most notable luxury residential developments in New York City, including 15 Central Park West, The Greenwich Lane, 520 Park and 18 Gramercy Park South.

The death of the generic offering memorandum: What buyers expect in 2025 - by Kimberly Zar Bloorian

There was a time when an offering memorandum (OM) was pretty bare bones, some photos, a few bullet points on income, and a rent roll thrown in at the back. That used to get the job done. Not anymore. In 2025, buyers are sharper, faster, and more selective. They’re looking

Tri-state capital migrates nationally amid regulation pressure - by Reese Weaver

New York tri-state multifamily investors are increasingly reallocating capital to less-regulated markets across the U.S. as rent control and legislative risk erode returns at home. With over 60% of New York City’s rental housing stock classified as rent-stabilized, the traditional value-add model — buying under-performing buildings,
