Giniecki leads NYSCAR Metro LI chapter education and market session on Long Island

Participants from across New York came to the Plainview Holliday Inn to learn from national instructor Bob Giniecki "Creative Marketing of Commercial-Investment Real Estate." The morning education, cosponsored by NYSCAR and the Metro LI Chapter, was followed by a lunch featuring keynote speaker Dr. Thomas Butcher head of the Energy Resource Division at Brookhaven National Lab discussing energy alternatives and systems. John Lavelle, treasurer of NYSCAR, spoke briefly on the efforts of the Metro LI chapter rejuvenating NYSCAR's presents in the downstate market. Following lunch, participants returned to the ballroom and spent the next hours reviewing properties and opportunities available. There was excitement in the room as Giniecki and the capable moderators painted pictures of deals available and creative solutions became available to the owners. No doubt, transactions were born at this session. Many thanks to the attendees that represented properties in the counties of Suffolk, Nassau, Kings, Queens, Westchester, Rockland, Orange, Putnam, Ulster, Oswego and Saratoga. For information on this and other Metro LI Chapter events contact Harvey Kolin, president NYSCAR Metro LI or visit on the web at www.nyscar.org.
