GFP Real Estate signs three leases at 171 Madison Ave.

Manhattan, NY GFP Real Estate, LLC has signed three leases at 171 Madison Ave. in Midtown South totaling 4,188 s/f.

• PBA USA, Inc., an Italy-based designer and manufacturer of bath ware and hardware accessories, signed a six-and-a-half-year lease for 1,688 s/f on the 10th floor. PBS USA, Inc. will use the space for executive offices and a showroom. The company was previously located in Industry City at 68 34th St. in Brooklyn.

Rick Ryan and Diego Rodino di Miglione of Cushman & Wakefield represented the tenant. Allen Gurevich of GFP Real Estate represented the landlord, GFP R.E.

• Personal injury law firm Gropper & Nejat, PLLC signed a seven-year lease renewal for its 1,400 s/f on the 10th floor, which the firm has used the space for its general and executive offices since moving into the building in 2012.

Gurevich of GFP represented the landlord, GFP R.E. and the tenant.

• American Home Fashion, Inc., a design driven company that provides fashion and home textile products, signed a five-year lease for 1,100 s/f on the 14th floor. American Home Fashion will use the space for executive offices and as a showroom. The company, which will relocate within the property, first moved into the building in 2013.
