Tinc Productions relocates to 1560 Bdwy.

Manhattan, NY Tinc Productions, a technical production firm with expertise across the live event landscape, including on- and off-Broadway shows, has signed a seven-year lease for 2,964 s/f on the sixth floor of 1560 Bdwy. in Times Sq. 

Alan Steinberg senior managing director of GFP Real Estate represented the landlord, 1560 Broadway Company LLC. Chris Plummer of Rice & Associates LLC represented the tenant.  The company, which is located at 214 West 50th St., is expected to move in this spring. 

“As a major player in the theatrical production space, Tinc wanted to be closer to the companies and clients it serves in and around the Theater District,” said Steinberg.  “We are pleased to be able to accommodate Tinc as they continue to grow their operations here and across the U.S.”
