What recent project or transaction are you most proud of? All of my projects are important to me, each one for various reasons. My highest priority is to service the client. What recent honor, achievement or recognition has meant the most to you and why? This year I was named a power broker by CoStar. The reason I find this recognition so rewarding is that it's based simply on square footage leased. To me, that means I am doing something right. What is the first thing you do when you arrive in the office in the morning? I typically leave myself a "to-do" list to tackle as soon as I get in, then I go through all of my e-mails and voicemails. What time management strategies do you find to be the most effective for you? I handle every project as soon as it comes to me. There are always so many things going on that I can't leave anything for a later time, I might forget! What did you want to be when you grew up? A famous singer, until I discovered I have stage fright.
