Largo became the exclusive correspondent for Liberty Bank throughout Western and Central New York.
What was your most notable project, deal or transaction in 2010?
Largo financed numerous deals throughout the United States and Canada in 2010. Most notably a portfolio of self-storage deals in various located in Ontario, Canada. This portfolio totaled $33 million. The Preserve at Wood Creek was a multi-family deal Largo financed in Webster, N.Y. This deal was for $11.5 million.
