Completed two CCIM classes on the way to accreditation and using the knowledge gained to complete multiple transactions. What was your most notable project, deal or transaction in 2010? With the help of a colleague, closing on a very arduous multi-million dollar residential investment complex that at the very least involved the buyers providing mezzanine financing to stave off forclosure, in addition to satisfying approx. $700,000 in unpaid taxes. Further complications arose when seller insisted on changing the timing of the closing for personal reasons. What predictions do you have for commercial real estate in 2011? Expect the level of activity to increase and a major challenge for some will be counseling seller expectations. What are some of your New Year's Resolutions? Climb the Adirondack 46 High Peaks for the second time.
