Douglas Atkins concentrates his practice in the areas of tax certiorari, real estate, and condemnation. He has experience in tax reduction proceedings for all types of commercial real estate throughout the region’s counties, towns and villages. Atkins also has obtained substantial tax refunds for owners of specialty properties such as cellular phone tower sites, sand processing plants, and tidal wetlands

Nathan Jones concentrates his practice in the areas of commercial litigation, banking litigation and finance. His litigation experience includes cases involving contract interpretation, securities fraud, tax exemption, corporate governance, insurance defense, workers’ compensation, bankruptcy litigation, environmental regulation, antitrust investigations, and white collar crime.

Danielle Gatto is an associate in the litigation group, concentrating her practice in the areas of commercial litigation, real property actions, zoning matters, and employment litigation.  She also assists with complex tax certiorari matters and defending First Amendment actions. 

Robert Renda is an associate at the firm concentrating his practice in the areas of tax certiorari, real estate, and condemnation law.  He has obtained millions of dollars in real estate tax refunds and savings for clients, including national, regional, and local owners and tenants of all types of commercial and residential property.

Danielle Tricolla is an associate in the Firm’s litigation group.  She handles a variety of litigation matters, including commercial litigation, real property actions, land use and zoning matter, regulatory claims and compliance issues, and employment litigation.  She represents individuals, corporations, and municipalities in federal and state court, at both the trial and appellate levels.
