Fletcher of Sperry Van Ness/Commercial Realty brokers sale of the 192-unit Bell Towers Senior Apts.

Sperry Van Ness/Commercial Realty has completed the sale of the Bell Towers Senior Apartments complex for an undisclosed price. The property is located at 55 Haley Ln. John Fletcher, advisor for Sperry Van Ness/Commercial Realty, represented the buyer, KQ Bell Towers of Erie LLC, and the seller, Bell Tower Commons, LP. "Buffalo and the Buffalo area are seeing real growth not only with construction/rehab but also with property values and investors are taking note, said Fletcher. "We received information requests and offers from people around the country during our aggressive marketing campaign for Bell Tower." The property has a total of 192 rental units. At the time of sale, the property was 95% occupied. Founded in 1987, Sperry Van Ness, has 990 advisors in 150 locations.
