Sperry Van Ness/Commercial Realty has completed the sale of the Bell Towers Senior Apartments complex for an undisclosed price. The property is located at 55 Haley Ln. John Fletcher, advisor for Sperry Van Ness/Commercial Realty, represented the buyer, KQ Bell Towers of Erie LLC, and the seller, Bell Tower Commons, LP. "Buffalo and the Buffalo area are seeing real growth not only with construction/rehab but also with property values and investors are taking note, said Fletcher.
