Flaum Management completes 7,087 s/f for Rainbow USA

Flaum Management Co., Inc., the region's premier full-service real estate company has negotiated a new 7,087 s/f lease for Rainbow USA, Inc. at Culver Ridge Plaza. This store will be the fourth new location in the Rochester market in the last 18 months. Scott Burdett, director of marketing for Flaum Management negotiated the deal on behalf of Rainbow. Located at the corner of East Ridge and Culver Rds., Culver Ridge Plaza is a 227,000 s/f shopping center anchored by Regal Cinemas, A.J. Wright, Petco and Factory Card Outlet. Developers Diversified Realty owns the center and was represented in-house by Michael Smith, regional leasing manager. As a leader in popularity priced apparel, Rainbow USA Inc. is a national chain that specializes in Junior, Plus sizes, and Children's apparel.
