Fishbach, Rockoff and Staats of RFK neg. six leases totaling 111,000 s/f

Wayne, N.J. Robert Futterman & Associates, LLC (RKF) has arranged six leases totaling 111,000 s/f at Wayne Towne Center. Leases have been signed with Dick's Sporting Goods, DSW, Chipotle, Olive Garden, Bahama Breeze and Fresh City. RKF executive vice president Barry Fishbach, managing director Jerry Rockoff and associate Amy Staats are exclusive leasing agents of Wayne Towne Center on behalf of Wayne Towne Center Associates, LLC. The first phase of construction is underway with occupancy slated for mid-2008 The six new leases RKF arranged include 70,000 s/f for sports retailer Dick's; 19,000 s/f for shoe retailer DSW; 2,500 s/f for Mexican grill Chipotle; 7,700 s/f for family-style restaurant Olive Garden; 7,300 s/f for island-style restaurant Bahama Breeze; and 4,500 s/f for restaurant Fresh City. Wayne Towne Center, is at the intersection of Rtes. 80, 46 and 23. A 200,000 s/f. Fortunoff store and a 225,000 s/f JCPenney anchor the property.
