First tenants move into Rochester Cornerstone and Providence Housing's Union Meadows Phase II

The first tenants have moved into Union Meadows Phase II. Developed by Rochester's Cornerstone Group, Ltd. and Providence Housing Development Corp., Union Meadows Phase II is an affordable 42-unit apartment project on Union Sq. Blvd. The project is made up of 18 one-bedroom units, 20 two-bedroom units and four, three-bedroom units.
LECESSE Construction was the general contractor. The project was designed by SWBR Architects and Parrone Engineering. Providence Housing Development Corp. will manage the property.
The project was financed by partners including NYS Division of Housing and Community Renewal Housing Trust Fund Corp. and Federal low income housing tax credits, Federal Home Loan Bank, Monroe County Department of Planning and Community Development, The Greater Rochester Housing Partnership (pre-construction lender), JPMorgan Chase Bank (construction lender) and WNC & Associates, Inc. (private equity partner).
