In my role as vice president for Cassidy Turley's property management and accounting/finance department, I can't say there has been one game changer. Our focus is on the quality and strength of the overall portfolio. Working on accounts like 250 Park Ave. and 360 Lexington for AEW Capital Management, 50-52 Broadway for the United Federation of Teachers as well as Mitsui Fudosan and Random House have been highlights. What is the BEST advice you have ever received? Be transparent in everything you do. Approach any challenge head on with directness, precision and clarity.
