That's a hard question. I don't think you are ever truly balanced. A supportive family and a supportive office are equally important for a balanced life. It's not easy to work full time and take care of a family and run a household. Someone always feels like they are getting the short end of the stick from you, either your family or your office. As a woman in a mostly male industry women have different pressures than men. Family is a big part and so is trying to make time for yourself without taking away time from your job or your family. Where would you like to be in 10 years? I know this sounds boring but my hope and my prayer is that in 10 years I will be in the same place doing the same wonderful job. I absolutely love the real estate business!! You may call it my passion but I love what I do and I love the company I work with. M.C. O'Brien is like my family. I can't imagine ever working anywhere else.
