The first 400 s/f lease, at 252 Mott St., was arranged with Wendy Nichol, a jewelry, accessory and clothing designer. This is the second store she's opening which will be in Nolita area.
Famularo and Idnani also signed a lease at 379 Third Ave. with Fuel Grill and Juice Bar in Murray Hill. This is the seventh location they are opening in the tri-state area.
Famularo and Idnani exclusively represented the tenants in both deals.
