Doolittle of Murray Hill Properties handles two leases - 39,551 s/f
Murray Hill Properties (MHP) has completed two leases totaling 39,551 s/f at 1441 Broadway. The deals include:
* A 21,711 s/f lease to By Design, Richard Doolittle of Murray Hill Properties represented the landlord, LH Charney & Associates, and Mark Kritzer of Millennium Realty represented the tenant.
* A 17,840 s/f lease to CPX Interactive, LLC. Doolittle represented the landlord, LH Charney, and Robert Tunis and Eric Ferriello of Colliers International represented the tenant.
