Famularo and Brandman of New York Commercial Real Estate Services complete three leases: 10,500 s/f total
According to New York Commercial Real Estate Services, (NYCRS), James Famularo and Ken Brandman have completed three leases totaling 10,500 s/f.
As exclusive agents, Famularo and Brandman completed a 1,500 s/f lease at 424 East 9th St. The space was leased by an Italian restaurant group and will include some minor renovations.
A second lease was signed recently for 75 Nassau St. by chef Michael Bao, which was for 1,000 s/f. Bao signed for Vietnamese sandwich shop, Baoguette. The space is a converted space with a full basement, and will undergo some renovations. The sandwich shop is scheduled for a November opening.
Famularo acted as the exclusive agent forthe landlord on an 8,000 s/f building. A 10-year lease was signed at 54 Crosby St. The asking price was $45,000 per month.
