Espais Promociones Immobiliaries and Arcon Solutions begins project

Espais Promociones Immobiliàries, one of Spain's largest developers, is creating its first U.S.-based residential development, Twenty9th Park Madison, with well-respected Miami-based developer Arcon Solutions. The new luxury Manhattan condominium will offer residents access to a spacious roof deck featuring barbeque grills and beautiful city views as well as Coldwell Banker Hunt Kennedy's signature Concierge Service Program. Designed by H. Thomas O'Hara Architects, the elegant glass-infused structure, located at 39 E. 29th Street between Park and Madison Avenues, will include more than 132 residences with studio, one and two-bedroom homes ranging from 536 to 1,309 s/f. Twenty9th Park Madison will be ready for occupancy late 2008 and prices start in the low $600s. "We are excited to enter the Manhattan housing market with a top-quality development in the amazing Park Avenue South neighborhood," said Michael Falke, founder of Arcon Solutions LLC. "With Espais Promociones Immobiliàries' European touch, Twenty9th Park Madison will feature beautiful homes that showcase attention to intricate details, high-end finishes and design." Twenty9th Park Madison will boast an array of amenities including a fitness center with a yoga room; refrigerated storage for grocery deliveries; an on-site parking facility; and optional storage units. Twenty9th Park Madison will feature Coldwell Banker Hunt Kennedy's outstanding Concierge Service Program, which will offer residents access to services such as finding the perfect interior designer, the best housekeeper or a moving company to transfer belongings. Coldwell Banker Hunt Kennedy's New Development Division is the exclusive marketing and sales agent for Twenty9th Park Madison.
