Tesoro joins VVA Project Managers & Consultants as senior associates

VVA, LLC, an independent project management and consultant firm based in Manhattan, has hired Richard Tesoro to the position of senior associate. Tesoro has been in the real estate industry for nearly thirty years. His vast experience in project management includes expertise in the areas of lease negotiations, programming, design & construction management, financial cost control, and relocation & integration management. "We are very excited that Richard Tesoro has joined our team," said Irwin Schneider, P.E., managing director of VVA, "I have been involved with projects from the design of napkins for a local restaurant to safety analysis for nuclear power plants," said Tesoro, "I am excited to have the opportunity to apply all of what I have learned to VVA's broad spectrum of clients. I look forward to assisting them in achieving their goals in the most efficient and cost effective way possible."
