Escobar designs Kriss & Feuerstein offices at 360 Lexington Ave.

Designer Andres Escobar, renowned for his cutting-edge creations in luxury condominium developments throughout New York, as well as his work in posh retail destinations, restaurants and hotels worldwide, has transformed the formerly traditional law offices of Kriss & Feuerstein, LLP at 360 Lexington Ave. into a design experience with LED lighting, glass conference rooms, stone tile floors and open space. Kriss & Feuerstein, LLP is a New York-based law firm with a national practice that covers all areas of real estate law. "We wanted the new design to make a statement that was fresh and reflected the style and sophistication of the senior partners, whom I have known for many years," said, Escobar. "By replacing typical wood and marble appointments with sleek stone tile floors, acrylic wall panels and various stainless steel elements, the firm's identity is projected in a more urbane and modern setting." Completed in late fall, the 10,000 s/f space is first introduced at the elevator lobby, which features LED backlit corporate identity signage, custom-designed hanging lights and polished white stone tile floors. The image extends into the reception area, where the central focal point comprises a geometrically shaped, white acrylic desk, surrounded by stainless steel and white lacquer paneling, glass walls and polished white stone tile floors Working with Escobar on the Kriss & Feuerstein project was construction management firm Wonderworks and its president, Joseph Klaynberg. Working on the law offices for the Escobar team were project managers Marcela Caycedo and Aisling McGinley and architectural associate.
