The opening at 2195 Fredrick Douglas Blvd. marks the ever-growing supermarket chains' 12th location throughout the metropolitan area. The retail space is part of a newly developed 91-unit high-end condominium-SOHA 118.
"We are very happy to welcome Best Yet Market to the neighborhood," said Yoav Haron, a partner of the retail condominium. "The number one request for the space from the community and the condo owners has been for a fresh market. We believe this is a great addition to Starbucks and Chase who have already opened in the retail space in the building."
"My Suit," the new- age custom menswear retailer has signed a lease for 3,000 s/f at 360 Madison Ave. between 45th St. and 46th St. in Manhattan. The new retail space on Madison has an 18 ft. high ceiling and 30 ft. of frontage on Madison Ave. The store will open sometime in mid November. Young Byunn of Winick Realty Group, the exclusive agent for "My Suit" represented the tenant in this lease transaction.
"My Suit", a division of The Cornerstone Group, is a global company with over 40 years of retail and manufacturing experience. The company is a pioneer in the mass market custom tailoring business which offers custom fit suits that range from $500 up to $3,000 based on fabric preference etc, with a turnaround delivery of two weeks.
