Engel Burman Group develops 36-unit Aqua Condominium

Aqua, the area's only resort-style oceanfront condominium, expects to continue its strong selling season into the fall. With beachfront living, the boutique eight-story building features 36 residences. "As expected, and thanks to the great weather, this summer Aqua has experienced strong sales and increased foot traffic," said Jan Burman, president of the Engel Burman Group, developer of Aqua. "With the tremendous amount of interest, we expect the momentum to continue well into the winter." In addition to selling two of its model residences - complete with everything from the furnishings to the clothes in the closet - Aqua also sold an additional six homes this summer. With a limited collection of homes still available, the building is unveiling two new models, as well as announcing price incentives on select homes. "With the cold weather approaching, we have our fingers crossed for an unusually warm winter," said Jacqueline Urgo, president of The Marketing Directors Inc., exclusive sales and marketing firm for Aqua. "However, we are preparing for the winter and offering prospective buyers new incentives to come visit Aqua this fall." Aqua offers two and three bedroom residences, ranging in size from 1,730 s/f to 2,395 s/f. The building also offers six penthouse homes with private rooftop terraces and outdoor kitchens. Adding to the exclusivity and privacy of Aqua, each home is accessible by a private elevator, which opens into a stone floor grand foyer. The Engel Burman Group has partnered with Cedar Summit on this development.
