Dunne named top producing investment broker at CBRE for 2007

According to CB Richard Ellis, Jeffrey Dunne was the firm's top-producing investment properties broker worldwide during 2007. Dunne and his team, CB Richard Ellis' New York Tri-State Region Institutional Group, were responsible for $4.2 billion worth of transactions last year. Dunne, vice chairman, arranged office, multifamily, retail and industrial property transactions in 2007, highlighted by the 1.5 million s/f office portfolio sale of Fifth St. Towers in Minneapolis, Minn. and the RiverPark Office Complex in Norwalk, Conn. which were bought by a European investor for $294 million as part of 1031 exchange.
