Doyle of McGuire Development Company appointed new assistant vice president

According to McGuire Development Company, a local commercial development, brokerage and property management firm, Sean Doyle has been promoted to assistant vice president. In this capacity, Doyle is responsible for all aspects of property management for McGuire Development's portfolio including owner and tenant relations, budgeting and planning, risk management, tenant improvements, new tenant coordination, property inspections and maintenance, and oversight of the property management team. Doyle has also developed and oversees the company's third-party property management division. Doyle possesses 10 years of experience in property and facility management and is responsible for the administration of a multi-million dollar total operating budget. Prior to his promotion, Doyle served as senior property manager, providing asset and project management for McGuire Development's owned and managed facilities. Before joining McGuire Development, Doyle worked as a facility manager for Jones Lang LaSalle. Doyle earned his Real Property Administrator designation from the Building Owners and Managers Institute (BOMI). He has a masters of business administration from Canisius College and a bachelor of arts in public relations from the State University of New York at Oswego. He is also a job training volunteer for the Olmsted Center for Sight.
