What was your greatest professional accomplishment in 2013?
I was chosen as one of the top 20 Under 40 in ENR, and featured in the Penn State alumni publication. My efforts helped PCGNY to become recognized as one of the top building envelope companies in the NY metro area. As a board member of Professional Women in Construction (PWC), I was able to establish the Continuing Education program, which will expand in 2014.
Through PWC's Mentorship program I accompanied groups of high school girls from the South Bronx on statewide travels. I am proud to introduce them to career opportunities in the industry I am so passionate about.

Merritt Environmental Consulting Corp. (MECC) was established in June of 2009 after being part of a larger engineering firm for almost 20 years. The focus of the company is to assist lending institutions, attorneys, real estate investors, and property owners with environmental concerns. Today, MECC has offices in New York, Florida, and Vermont and has grown into a regional consulting firm serving clients along the East Coast.
