KNPRE specializes in the sponsorship of tax-advantaged investment opportunities for 1031 Exchangers to help them defer capital gains taxes, attempt to preserve capital, and potentially generate steady income.

We source projects that have the potential for attractive returns. This may be accomplished through development of value-add opportunities identified by our highly experienced team. Of particular interest are opportunities that offer tax advantages and social and/or environmental benefits such as those provided in Opportunity Zones.
