We are a multi-disciplinary civil engineering design and consulting firm with over 45 years of combined experience in engineering, land development, and regulatory approvals. It is our mission to provide the highest standards of professional service and to assist our clients in the development and construction of quality projects
KCE’s principals and founders, Jaclyn Peranteau, PE and Marc Pilotta, PE, are licensed professionals with a wealth of experience in the civil engineering field. Their dedication to the profession and successful record of accomplishment in engineering design, project management and construction speak for themselves. KCE is also a certified Woman-owned Business Enterprise (WBE).
Our staff has worked on a diverse multitude of projects throughout the Northeast, specializing in projects in the five boroughs of NYC, New Jersey, Westchester, Connecticut, and Long Island. We work closely with our clients to ensure that their project goals are understood and met.
KCE maintains an active presence in many local engineering and industry related organizations, which include ASCE, EJCLI, DPCLI , LIREG, LIBI ,WEDLI, NYSSPE ,NSPE.
