With more than 15 years of experience in both residential and commercial real estate, Didier has built a reputation as an advisor with insight into the local market. A former lead agent within the Bracha Group, she has overseen exclusive listings at landmark developments including The Centurion, Azure, Cassa Hotel and Residences, and Extell’s 120 West 58th St.

After founding the Didier Team she has managed projects from 49 Chambers in Tribeca to sell outs of Crown Acquisitions Residences of Ocean Ave.

“Joining Corcoran is more than just a move — it’s a strategic step forward for our clients and our team,” Didier said. “We’re bringing not just our listings but a bold vision for growth, innovation, and client service at the highest level.”

At Corcoran, Didier leads The Didier Team, composed of Chelsea Bleistern, Christian Caropolo, Jessica Koltsov, Eliette Bentolila, Natalie Harounian, John Grasso, and Nick Leeson. Known for their client-first approach, refined market strategy, and collaborative dynamic, the team is bringing a significant portfolio to Corcoran—and is poised to accelerate their growth through this strategic move.

The Didier Team is currently managing a number of high-profile transactions, including:

• 337 Riverside Dr., NYC – Navigated the acquisition of a historic townhouse for $7.3 million representing the buyer following a two-year market tenure once asking $24 million. Renovations are underway, with the home slated for a rental listing this month.

• 76 Miller Rd., Morristown, NJ – Secured a full-ask sale after launching a bespoke marketing campaign representing both seller and buyer after structuring a creative deal involving a cash-out refinance on the buyer’s Montauk property. This sale ranks among the highest ever recorded in the area.

• Park West Village, NYC – Ongoing project in collaboration with Chetrit, with over $150 million in closed sales to date.

“We are thrilled to welcome Whitney Didier and her team to Corcoran,” said Brian Ullman, senior managing director at The Corcoran Group. “Their track record speaks for itself, and we look forward to the innovation, drive, and professionalism they bring.  It’s rare to come across a professional such as Whitney, along with the fantastic team she has built.  It’s an opportunity to be part of not only what she and her team have achieved already, but to partner with them in what is a clear meteoric upward trajectory.  We are very fortunate to be a partner in what is sure to be an incredible growth in their team’s business.”
