Aaron Jungreis is the president at Rosewood Realty, New York, N.Y.
What was one of your corporate or career highlights of the decade?
The highlight was opening Rosewood Realty Group in 2007 with my partner David Berger and becoming a real force in the commercial brokerage industry here in New York City where we are one of the top 10 brokerage firms in sales of multifamily apartment buildings. Rosewood Realty has been very successful and we are growing, despite the market slowdown, grossing over $500 million in sales over the last two years. Rosewood continues to close multifamily, office and retail deals, with activity focused in N.Y., N.J., Conn. and Fla. The key to our success has been that we constantly canvas every building in the boroughs. We focus on knowing who the buyers and sellers are.
We are true 'deal junkies' who never give up.
