What was your most notable project, deal, transaction or personal achievement in 2014?
The most notable deal we concluded in 2014 was with The Fresh Market at The Village at Livingston, Livingston, NJ. From the time Larry Anderson introduced the tenant, to the day they opened their doors was almost two years, so it was especially gratifying to see the store filled with shoppers this October.
Pete and Michael Schofel from Eastman Companies, and James Dewey from The Fresh Market showed patience, persistence, perseverance, and professionalism from stem to stern.
