Darsi, Chang and Dolgin KDA arrange 2,000 s/f lease at 33 Nassua Avenue

According to Neil Dolgin, co-president of Kalmon Dolgin Affiliates, Inc. (KDA), his firm has arranged a 2,000 s/f lease for Venessa Arizaga Jewelry and Shawn Roche Photography at 33 Nassau Ave. A 2003 graduate of the Parson's School of Design, Venessa Arizaga is a well-known designer of unique and colorful jewelry. From a young age, Arizaga has been an avid traveler. Her love and passion for culture and travel has been a tremendous inspiration in the creation of her jewelry collection, composed of semi-precious stones, crystals, ceramics, and metals. Arizaga is a former designer at Zac Posen and Carolina Herrera. In 2010, she left Zac Posen to focus on her jewelry line full time. Shawn Roche is an advertising photographer, based in New York City. Clients include Teen Vogue, Ebony Magazine, Venessa Arizaga, Chase Bank, and Nike, among others. Howard Darsi and William Chang of KDA represented the tenant, VS Collective, while Grant Dolgin, also of KDA, represented the owner, 33 Nassau, LLC. 33 Nassau Ave. has reached 100% occupancy, after 24 months of renovations since the new owners acquired the property. The lease marks an expansion for the company, as they are relocating form a space on Lorimer St. 33 Nassau Ave. is located near the Brooklyn Queens Expressway and the G and L subway lines.
