Our firm merged with the practice of Marvin H. Meltzer, the iconic N.Y.C. residential architect, in anticipation of an increase of the affordable housing development market under the new administration of mayor-elect Bill de Blasio.
This merger has created a new affordable housing section within MADGI's residential studio, which is led by Principals Richard DeMarco and Marvin Meltzer. As a result, we currently have three new, large ground-up affordable housing projects in the Bronx, Harlem, and the Bushwick section of Brooklyn.
