Danas and Kramer of The Dana Grp. at Prudential Douglas Elliman ink 2,500 s/f

According to The Dana Commercial Group at Prudential Douglas Elliman, a ten-year lease with Michael Kors has been completed. The fashion designer plans to open a Michael Kors shop at 133 Fifth Ave. at 19th St. This Flatiron location is presently occupied by a Benetton retail store. The 2,500 s/f location features prominent avenue frontage, as well as an additional lower-level space. "This is the second deal we've done with Michael Kors in four months," said Gary Dana, an executive vice president at The Dana Group, referring to a recently unveiled Michael Kors boutique at 792 Madison Ave. at 67th St. "This new Flatiron deal was a quick one. It was negotiated and signed within 90 days," he added." Gary Dana, along with Rick Dana and Adam Kramer of The Dana Group at Prudential Douglas Elliman represented Michael Kors in the transaction. Joanne Podell of Cushman & Wakefield represented Benetton.
